Joanne is a Licensed Title Agent with over 40 years of experience in the Title Insurance Industry in South Florida. She possesses extensive knowledge in all facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions and is dedicated to ensuring each closing is executed with precision and professionalism. After relocating to Florida in 1980 with her family, Joanne graduated from Jupiter High School in the Class of 1982. She has been a proud resident of Jupiter for more than four decades, where she and her husband— a Jupiter native—raised their two children.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Joanne has demonstrated a strong commitment to community involvement. She has contributed her time and leadership to organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and the Jupiter-Tequesta Athletic Association (JTAA), where she served as a sponsor, coach, and Director of Mustang Cheerleading, as well as a member of the Football Board.

Laura serves as the Assistant and Office Manager at Ocean View Title & Escrow, where she brings a strong background in real estate and a passion for helping clients navigate the closing process with ease. With prior experience as a licensed realtor, she offers valuable insight into every step of a real estate transaction and ensures that both clients and team members receive the highest level of support.

Known for her organization, professionalism, and warm personality, Laura is the go-to person in the office for keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of work, she’s a proud mother of two and the very proud grandmother to the best grandson ever. Her family is her greatest joy, which includes her two beloved dogs, Zoie and Emme, who keep life lively and full of love. She also counts herself lucky to share life with her funny, charming, and brilliant husband, Chris, who is both her partner and her favorite source of laughter.

In her free time, Laura enjoys gardening, cooking, and—much to Chris’s good-natured dismay—busting his balls daily. She brings that same sense of humor, energy, and dedication to every part of her life.
